One example of a successful outcome is for a professor at a well-known university who was recruited by this university to move to this country to take a very distinguished position for a period of time.  Mr. Jordan’s client moved his family out of his country into the Bay area, then was advised by the university, after a relatively short period of time, that his position had been done away with.  This individual has a Ph.D.  He was a world renowned expert in his field of education, and the Jordan Law Group filed a grievance on his behalf. The grievance was upheld by the educational institution, and we worked out a severance agreement.
